THE TRUTH

What you’re about to read below you won’t find in any Christian forums, not even in the Christian news. But it should be.

This is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. So help us, God!

A loved one of mine whom I hold very dear to my heart had been partying for about two or three days straight. Him and some of the others were messing around with a Ouija board. He only lived a couple of houses down.

After awhile, on the second or third day, two different individuals at two separate times came by my house and told me that I needed to go down there and check on him, that he was getting mad at the Ouija board and cussing at it and it was scaring everybody. I said that I would after he sobered up alittle.

Here is what took place next. In the morning I knocked on this individuals storm door. His wife to be who was doing the dishes waved me on in. As I stepped into the house she said, “He’s in the bedroom messing with that stupid board.” I walked into the hallway and leaned against the wall. As I peered into the bedroom I could see this person sprawled out on the floor with a spiro-notebook, pencil, 12oz. can of beer, and the infamous Ouija board. Then he looked up at me…

“Tom, hey, C’mon man, you’d be good at this!”

I said, “No way, I’m not opening any doors or windows.”

“Check out what I’m doing,” he said.

He had written down a list of questions about, of all people, Harry Houdini. The questions ranged from Harry Houdini’s birth, his birth place, his death, his age at death, his cause of death, his wife’s name, etc. He was asking this Ouija board these questions and writing down the answers. When he was finished he told this thing that he was talking to not to leave that he’d be right back.

He said, “Come on, Tom, I wanna check and see if these (answers) are right”.

I followed him into another room where he had a bookcase of a complete set of encyclopedias. He pulled out the “H” encyclopedia and looked up Harry Houdini. Like a teacher grading a students history exam he checked off every answer as correct.

This individual, whom I love dearly, was not the first, of course, to test the Ouija board.

There was a man by the name of Sir William Barrett. He published his results in the September 1914 Proceedings of the American Society for Physical Research. His report implies that the board worked when the operators were blindfolded, when the alphabet was rearranged and when the board was covered up. Barrett stated in his reports,

“Whatever may have been the source of the intelligence displayed, it was absolutely beyond the range of normal human faculty.”

That is the very same thing I observed. It was an intelligent being, an entity from another world. And I didn’t say another planet. What I mean is another dimension. It was eerie and I didn’t like it. I couldn’t see it. I didn’t know what it look like or what it was capable of. But one thing I do know, this thing was real!

And like the others who left the party, I left too!

For those of you who are not familiar with a Ouija board, the Dictionary of Mysticism gives this description:

“An instrument for communication with the spirits of the dead. Made in various shapes and designs, some of them were used in the sixth century before Christ. The common feature of all its varieties is that an object moves under the hand of the medium, and one of its corners, or a pointer attached to it, spells out messages by successively pointing to letters of the alphabet marked on the board which is a part of the instrument.”

This is not the first incident that I have witnessed with my own two eyes, but it’s the one that changed my life forever! I don’t know why I think the way I do but I thought to myself if he (my loved one) could communicate with this demon. I mean, that’s what it was, a fallen angel. He wasn’t speaking to the dead, like he thought he was. That’s spiritual deception. But anyway, if he could do this so easily. Why couldn’t I communicate or talk to God? I started reasoning with myself, that it would only be fair, right?

Why would God allow individuals to fellowship with fallen angels through Ouija boards, Tarot cards, Palmistry, Crystal balls, Tea-leaf reading, Séance’s, and so on but not allow us to communicate and fellowship with Him through some means? I had been in and out of churchs and heard preachers preach all my life but it wasn’t enough. I wanted something real and what I witnessed with my loved one was real, very real. I wanted that but I wanted that with God.

One thing in common that they would always say was, “Do you know Jesus Christ personally as your Lord and Savior?” I always wanted to say, “Yeah, I know Him personally, He’s in the garage helping me work on my car!”

They never really explained what they meant by that or that it was possible (I don’t think they really knew) that it was possible.

Now, I can boldly tell anyone who is reading this that it is possible. It is more than possible. The Bible is the instrument God uses to communicate to us. He IS real. He IS SO VERY REAL! And it is a beautiful thing to have a relationship with Him!

It is joy unspeakable. It is indescribable. There are no words in the human language to describe an experience with Him! It would be like trying to describe a rainbow to a blind man. Don't believe what you've heard about God or what others have told you concerning God. Experience Him personally for yourself!

Preachers never told me that you could have a real relationship with God right now. I always thought you had to wait until you got to heaven. I was wrong. This is: “The Best Kept Secret of All Time!”

You don’t have to wait until you get to heaven to experience the awesome reality of God.

The above statement and many more like it such as ...if you draw near to Me I will draw near to you... are not just words in a book that we call the Bible. These are promises spoken by the living God, Who says what He means and means what He says!
