HOW I USE SITEBUILDIT TO BUILD A WEB PAGE, Part 2

Using SiteBuildit to build Victoria Osteen's page (continued).

Now, this next block below is a (Text) block. You can pretty much put all kinds of stuff in there besides words or text. I know that what you see in the (Text) block below looks kinda scairy, doesn't it? But it's not! This is the video of Victoria Osteen, which you see at the top of her webpage. SiteBuildit makes this very simple to do. It's just a copy -n- paste precedure, if you know how to copy -n- paste? ...and that's it! I used to have a picture or still photo of her until I switched to live video.

All you have to do and this is easy. Just go to YouTube and do a search on Victoria Osteen or anyone or anything else. When you find the video that you want, just look over at the far right top hand corner of the YouTube page. And this is what you'll see.

See where it say's, Embed? Ok, inside that little window is all the computer language (code) that you see inside SiteBuildit's (Text) block. I just copy that with my mouse and then paste it into the (Text) block and poof! I have a video of Victoria Osteen on my webpage.

It's that easy.

That's what all the computer language is that you see in the text block. Victoria Osteen's video. Now if I click that little blue lookin wheel or gear, to the far right of 'Embed' it opens another window with more options (see below).

I can choose if I want a border around Victoria's video and a color (I chose a purple border) and you can choose the size of the video (I chose 340 by 285). And like I said...

you just copy -n- paste the code, that's it!

Oh yeah! The 'Google Translator,' I almost skipped over that. (1) Just go to google.com/webmasters/gadgets/ and find the gadget you want. At the bottom of that gadget (as shown below), click, 'Add to your webpage.' (2) At the bottom of the gadget you choose on the next page click on, 'Get the Code' (as shown below). (3) copy -n- paste the code, anywhere in a (Text) block of it's own. Basically, just do the same thing as we did above with the YouTube video. And, 'Whah-la' you have a go.. go.. Gadget, I mean, Google Gadget on your webpage!

With the 'Google Translator' on Victoria Osteens page I just went down one paragraph in her (Text) block and pasted it (the code) right in the middle of the content. And that's how you see it on the BiographyMinistries page. But, you can put the code in it's own (Text) block if you want as shown above.

Which brings us to the content block (below). The content block is for the subject or topic that you are going to write about. If your website was about recipes,

this page could be about, 'How to bake no bake cookies.'

Hmmm. ok, OK... I know you can't bake 'no bake' cookies I was just kidding. That was kinda crumby wasn't it? But you get the point, don't you? If your website was about dogs this page could be about doberman's or collies or poodles, dog gone it!

Also, the (Text) blocks can be used for your Adsense ads. If you chose to add them on your website or webpage. You know (those "Ads by Goooogle")? You just copy -n- paste those codes too!

Now, did I leave anything out? Oh yeah, I know... the (Text Link) block. This is the link at the very bottom of Victoria's page, which says, "return from Victoria Osteen to Women of God." If you use SiteBuildIt to build your website or your webpage, you can have your (Text Link) say whatever you want it to. For instance, 'Return to Home Page' or even, "return from Florida to Ohio." It's up to you. There are several things you can do in this (Text Link) block. You can align the link to the left, right or center of your webpage and you can have the link open a new window, etc. Here's a screenshot (below) of the (Text Link) block and after that, the actual Text Link on Victoria Osteen's webpage.

OK, Now this last block. Which you saw at the beginning! The Preview It, Analyze It, Build It, Priority Build It, Block. While you use SiteBuildit to build your webpage, you can scroll down and click this 'Preview It' button at anytime, to see what the page looks like before you click the 'Build It' button. After you preview your webpage and you like the way it looks, you'll click the 'Analyze It' button. If there is anything you forgot or left out while building your webpage, like a text link or if something needs fixed like, you have to many keywords. 'Analyze It' will let you know and tell you how to fix it! After you fix the problem you will RE-'Analyze It' and when everything is good to go, this is what you will see (in the second block below).

Now, just click on the 'Build It' button and it is automatically built and submitted to the search engines to be indexed live on the world wide web! (the 'Priority Build It' button is only for your most important page/pages. For instance, your number one income page on your website). So, there you go! That's how you build a webpage when you use SiteBuildit! And think about this... I didn't even come close to scratching the surface, at all, in anyway, whatsoever, about what all SiteBuildit can do. I'm serious, trust me on this one!
