I got saved in 1993 while watching Benny Hinn on TBN. I was of the opinion that he was someone special in the kingdom of God and listened to him for many years after.
As the bible says, I "sought out my own salvation" and through the teachings of Pastor Benny sought and was granted a personal relationship with the Lord.
As a matter of fact, I heard the voice of the Lord the same day that I declared Jesus as my Lord and Savior.
Since then I've faltered and at times separated myself from God by allowing the things of the world and the flesh to get to me, but I've never stopped believing in Christ.
I am of the opinion that Pastor Benny is someone who loves the Lord but like all other men has faltered and still falters at times.
The bible says that "no man, in heaven nor on earth, nor under the earth, was found worthy in His sight" and that includes every single person ever born or who is yet to be born. We are not to judge. We are to pray for the Pastor and all other pastors.
