Dr. Thompson speaks his message from what is inspired of him through the written Word of God. Bible based messages are inspired by God's Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is given to us by Jesus Christ. God's wisdom directly inspires Dr. Thompson through the content we receive from his Bible based teachings.

It is our responsibility to see if what Dr. Thompson speaks lines up with the Word of God. Our English word faith is translated from the Greek word "pistis", meaning "to believe". Believe is an action verb. So we must take action to discern if what we hear is in fact from the Word of God.

Therefore we increase our believing. I feel Dr. Thompson speaks from that place of receiving inspiration from the Holy Spirit.
