I PRAY THAT MY LIFE TOUCHES OTHERS WHO HAVE WADED OUT DEEPLY INTO SIN. IF WE LIVED 500 YEARS ON EARTH, ETERNITY IS FOREVER. IF YOU ARE NOT THINKING OF YOUR SOUL, PLEASE STOP. THANK GOD FOR HIS MANY BLESSINGS, THANK HIM FOR HIS LOVE, THANK HIM FOR YOUR FAMILY, YOUR CHILDREN, ETC. THANK HIM FOR BEING BORN IN A COUNTRY WHERE YOU CAN RECEIVE MEDICAL HELP...... DON'T TAKE THINGS FOR GRANTED! LIFE IS SO UNCERTAIN....

TAKE TIME TO THINK ON THESE THINGS!!!
I HAVE LOST A HUSBAND AND TWO PRECIOUS SON'S TO DEATH.

PLEASE FIND A PLACE TO KNEEL DOWN AND MAKE PEACE WITH GOD. YOU HAVE FAMILY AND FRIENDS YOU COULD WITNESS TO THEM AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THEIR LIVES!!!

Thank You, Venita, for your testimony. I agree with you that most people do take things for granted. Their health, their family and friends, their jobs, their country, etc.

The four main simple things that most Americans take for granted are:

1. fresh water available 24 hours a day

2. unlimited electrical power

3. telephones that work

4. a remarkable network of paved roads

...when 85% of the worlds population doesn't even have a pillow!

The (NIV) Bible says in Proverbs 12:28...

In the way of righteousness there is life;
along that path is immortality.

It's a horrible thing to say, but sometimes I forget that I have found the path that leads to immortality. I think most Christians take their Christianity for granted. Children of God should always remember where they are ...and where they were.
