Angie Ray Ministries stands out as a unique gift to the body of Christ. In the natural there are many people who have been trained in specific areas, who specialize primarily in one major area. For example, in medicine there are Cardiologists who provide specialized care for the heart; Psychologists who have been board certified to assist those with issues of the mind and behavior; and Neurologists who specialize in the issues concerning the functions of the central nervous system.

For many years Angie Ray Ministries has undergone intensive training by one of leading authorities on spiritual warfare and deliverance. The late Dr. Angie Ray was a prolific trailblazer on the subject of lasting freedom for the soul and was greatly sought after by leaders, searching for the keys that would bring deliverance to their congregations. God has equipped Church On The Rock with a biblical and special knowledge that is to train believers to utilize the weapons found in the scripture passages of the word of God to help them fight the good fight of faith and live the victorious overcoming life.

Currently, it is Church On The Rock's mission to utilize the ministry of prayer and intercession coupled with a consecrated life to overcome the enemy of our souls. It is Church On The Rock's belief that anyone who desires freedom from bondage can be. It is a God-given right to be liberated and completely exonerated by the powerful shed blood of our matchless savior the Lord Jesus Christ.

One of the four Evangelist daughters of the late Dr. Angie Ray, Kimberly L. Ray, is a woman after God's own heart, seeking to lead the people of God by providing strategies and tools to empower the Church to be efficient in the ministry

of intercession and deliverance.

Kimberly is fulfilling the legacy of Godliness inspired by her late mother in accepting the appointment to Pastor "Church on the Rock". Pastor Kimberly’s fiery style and charisma are inscribed in all her endeavors and pursuits. Above all, her love for the Lord Jesus Christ is constant and exceedingly great.

Dr. Angie Ray fell in love with Jesus and devoted her life totally to His servitude. Her love for Jesus grew deeper as she developed a life of prayer and consecration.

In 1989 she accepted the call and charge of pastoral ship and thus founded Angie Ray Ministries. - "Church on The Rock", which was established in her living room in Country Club Hills, Illinois. In 2001, the ministry purchased its present location in Matteson, Illinois.

One of Dr. Ray's favorite sayings throughout the years can be heard echoing throughout the land in the lives of the multitudes she touched: "Fall in Love with Jesus, Fall in love with His Word."
